How can I choose the right experience?

When should I arrive for my experience?
Please be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Our desire is for you to thoroughly enjoy each and every minute of your visit without any hindrance.
How should I dress?
Come as you like. Upon your arrival we will ask you to sign consents, seat you in our relaxing waiting area and offer you a beverage and a light snack. We want you to be comfortable when you are spending time with us.
What should I do in advance?
We recommend drinking plenty of water prior to your appointment in order to be well hydrated. Dependent on the service you are receiving we may have more detailed advance preparation instructions for you.
What if I’m expecting a call?
In order to fully provide you with a positive experience we request that you turn off or silence all your electronic devises during your visit with us. This will insure that not only you but our other guests’ experience is the best it can be. If you must take a phone call please do outside.
What if I need to cancel?
Due to the increased demand for our team’s service time, we ask you for a 24 hour cancellation notice for any appointment you will not be able to make. Should no notice be given or notice given that is less than 24 hours, you will be charged ½ of your scheduled service price to the credit card you reserved your appointment with. For all of Cindy or Courtney Cobb’s appointments that are not given appropriate notice a $50.00 charge will be applied. Our cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability as well as keeping our teams schedules filled thus better serving everyone. If you are charged for the cancellation policy and the credit card is decline, a future appointment will not be booked until a deposit is made and the cancellation fee is paid.
What if I am running late for my appointment?
Arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the service or cancel service, but full charges will apply for this service and/or the cancellation fee.
What is the return/exchange policy?
We do not accept returns on any retail product sold. However, we do accept exchanges on unused products or we can issue a store credit.
What are my payment options?
Dependent on your preference we accept cash, and all forms of credit cards including debit cards. Many of our experiences are available at a discounted price when paid with cash. Ask about our layaway plan. Available for fillers, Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin. Ask us for specifics. Also, we now offer CareCredit. Many of our services when purchased may be paid for with the use of this card when certain requirements are met
What if I have special needs?
Since your safety is our utmost concern, we ask you to please notify the manager and your service provider of any special assistance or medical conditions you may have such as allergies, high blood pressure, heart conditions, diabetes, pregnancy, etc.
